Recently, Shi Xingguo, the founder of Hyperchain, was interviewed by a reporter from Sichuan Daily to discuss the definition and market size of digital collections, as well as their development route and the relationship between digital collections and the metaverse. However, some attributes that contradict China’s financial policies have been removed to enhance regulatory compliance and better comply with China’s legal definition of virtual items.”
In terms of Sichuan’s advantages in developing digital collections, Shi Xingguo explained that the rich historical and cultural resources in Sichuan provide great opportunities for the digital collections industry. Additionally, Sichuan has a strong foundation in the creative industry, abundant talent, and excellent infrastructure for data processing due to its rich power resources and the “eastern data, western computing” project. Furthermore, many special products in Sichuan, such as liquor, tea, medicine, and fruits, have unique geographical and cultural attributes that make them excellent candidates for digital collections.
