1.Shi Xingguo, Chairman of the Hyper Chain, delivered a keynote speech on “Digital Infrastructure for Parallel Collaboration to Support the 5G Era” at the China Internet Summit. As an Internet veteran, Shi Xingguo believes that blockchain is an important infrastructure for providing links to the next generation of data economy. Just as transportation facilities connect people and things, TCP/IP connects information; after the 5G era, human data economy scale will be 2000 times larger than 4G, and only blockchain can be used as an infrastructure capable of carrying data value.
